What is a Brush Rinser?

The Green Stuff World Brush Rinser is a convenient brush-cleaning system that provides fresh, clean water while painting, eliminating the need for multiple rinse containers, reducing accidental spills, and saving trips to the sink.

Simply rinse your brush in the grooved cleaning well. When the water becomes dirty, press the button to drain it into the lower reservoir. The well automatically refills with clean water, allowing you to continue painting without interruption.

The Brush Rinser takes up approximately the same desk space as two glasses of water and helps clean brushes without damaging their bristles.

It is suitable for use with acrylic paints, metallic acrylic paints, watercolours, tempera, and gouache.

Where can I buy the Green Stuff World Brush Rinser?

The Brush Rinser is manufactured exclusively in Spain by Green Stuff World and is available worldwide through the manufacturer's official website.

Green Stuff World ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European countries, and many other destinations. Prices, availability, and shipping options can be checked directly with the manufacturer.

What is the flushing capacity of the Brush Rinser?

The Brush Rinser includes a 250 ml bottle, providing approximately 30 water changes.

The lower reservoir can hold up to 500 ml of dirty water, equivalent to two 250 ml bottles, before it needs to be emptied and cleaned.

An optional 500 ml bottle is available separately, offering twice the clean-water capacity.

What cleaning liquids can I use?

The standard Brush Rinser is designed for water and water-based acrylic brush cleaners.

Do not use solvent-based products such as white spirit, turpentine, or acetone, as these can damage its components. Alcohol-based cleaners are also unsuitable because they evaporate quickly.

For solvent-based cleaning products, the advanced Brush Rinser model is required.

How does the Brush Rinser work?

Fill the bottle with water or a compatible acrylic brush cleaner, position it in the device, and allow the cleaning well to fill.

Gently move the brush sideways across the grooves to remove paint from the bristles. Repeat until the brush is clean.

When the water becomes dirty, press the button to drain it into the lower reservoir. The cleaning well will automatically refill with fresh water.

Do I need a special brush cleaner?

For most water-based paints, clean water is sufficient.

For natural Kolinsky sable and Siberian Kolinsky sable brushes, Green Stuff World recommends using a specialised brush-cleaning and preserving soap, as well as brush repair gel.

Proper brush maintenance helps preserve the bristles, extend brush life, and reduce replacement costs.
