Terms of agreement


1.1. PROVISIONS AND THEIR DURATION

These model conditions apply to orders made in Latvian, Russian languages in the OReol online store. eu (hereinafter referred to as the ONLINE STORE), between the person making the order (hereinafter the BUYER) and OReol. eu (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER). These terms and conditions of the contract are valid from 01.05.2019.

1.2. DISTANCE CONTRACT

A distance contract is an agreement between a CONSUMER (PTAL 1.  panta 3.  punkts) and the seller (PTAL 1.  panta 5.  punkts) or the service provider (PTAL 1.  panta 4.  punkts), based on the offer of the seller or the provider of the service by means of an addressed or unaddressed printed or standard letter, catalog, advertising published in the press, to which the order coupon, telephone, facsimile, Internet, e-mail, television, radio and other means of sending and retransmitting information is attached.

1.3. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE DISTANCE CONTRACT

A distance contract shall be deemed to have entered into force as soon as the CONSUMER has placed an order by means of the Internet, telephone or other technological means and has received by e-mail from the SELLER a confirmation of the order made by him. An order and an order confirmation shall be deemed received when they become available to the parties to whom they are addressed.

1.4. TERM OF EXECUTION OF THE DISTANCE CONTRACT

The SELLER undertakes to fulfill the terms of the distance contract no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order from the CONSUMER, unless another deadline has been agreed by the parties. If the SELLER is unable to perform the contract due to the absence of the goods ordered by the CONSUMER, the SELLER is obliged to inform the CONSUMER about it. In such a case, the SELLER may offer the CONSUMER an equivalent product at an equivalent price.

1.5. RIGHT OF RETURN

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the CONSUMER has the right to terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days and return the purchased goods.



We remind you that the consumer within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods has the right provided by law to file a claim for non-compliance with the declared parameters of the goods.



The CONSUMER may not exercise the right of return if:

the ordered goods are not subject to return due to their characteristics (hygiene items, electric shavers, etc.), if the packaging of the goods has been opened, as well as if it is perishable or the period of its use has expired;

the ordered product is audio, video or software, and the CONSUMER has opened the packaging of the goods.

The CONSUMER is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the period of validity of the right of return.

1.6. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

When returning the goods, you must provide a document confirming the purchase. The CONSUMER can return the goods that meet the terms of the distance contract within 14 calendar days. If the CONSUMER wishes to return a product that does not comply with the terms of the distance contract, then in accordance with the rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Nr. 631, the CONSUMER must fill out a statement of claim form and provide the returned goods in full configuration.



1.7 Conditions for purchases by legal entities:



Based on the fact that the goods are used for professional purposes and its depreciation increases, the goods are subject to a 10% premium (warranty risks), 1 year warranty.

Delivery by courier - you can specify your delivery address. In this case, delivery will be paid:



The cost of delivery in Riga: starting from 5 to 7 euros.

The cost of delivery outside Riga: starting from 10 euros.

 

Please note that when delivering to your home or office, the courier brings the goods to the entrance, related documents and a guarantee. He does not advise or connect the equipment.



If you need delivery to the door, then this service is paid +5 € per floor. Applies to delivery only in Riga.
