Payment and Delivery

Payment

The following payment methods are available when placing an order:

• Cash or Bank Card – a convenient and fast payment method. You can pay in our store or in cash upon delivery by our courier (cash only in this case).
• Bank Transfer – payment is made by bank transfer and may take up to 3 business days depending on the bank. The order will be processed only after the payment is received.

⚠️ Important! In certain cases, the store reserves the right to request a prepayment of 10–20% of the order amount.

Delivery

You can choose one of the following delivery options:

Courier Delivery

• To European countries (Europe region) – available only via bank transfer (Bank wire).
• To Ukraine – available upon request via email.

Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals (only with bank transfer)

You can choose the nearest Omniva parcel terminal for order pickup.

• Delivery costs:
• Within Latvia – 3 €
• To Lithuania and Estonia – 5 €

• Maximum dimensions and weight:
• Maximum weight: 30 kg
• Package dimensions:
  • Length – up to 64 cm
  • Height – up to 39 cm
  • Width – up to 39 cm

Courier delivery to a specified address (Latvia)

You can provide a convenient delivery address. The price depends on the location and weight of the order:

• Within Riga – from 5 €
• Outside Riga – from 10 € (depending on distance and weight)

⚠️ Please note: The courier delivers the order to the entrance and hands over the goods, documents, and warranty cards. Installation and consultation services are not included.

Additional service: If you need delivery to your door, the cost is +5 € per floor (only in Riga).
