When Can I Return a Product?

You can return a product within 15 days of purchase without providing any reason. To do so:

  • Return the product – Send the product back or bring it to our store at Augusta Deglava Street 69E, Riga, Latvia, LV-1082 without undue delay.

Return Conditions Within 15 Days

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days from the day you received the product.

  • You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the condition of the product during the return period.

  • The 15-day period starts from the day you or a third party specified by you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly and unambiguously (e.g., by email or a mailed letter):

The withdrawal statement must be submitted before the 15-day period expires.


Refunds: Will I Get a Full Reimbursement?

  • Upon return, we will refund all payments, including the standard delivery cost.

  • Exception: If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the cost of standard shipping.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days from the moment we receive your request.

  • We will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of shipment.


How to Return a Product & Possible Costs

Products must be sent or returned in person to:

  • The return shipping cost is your responsibility.

  • If the product has been used or damaged, a deduction of up to 40% may apply.

  • The original packaging must be intact and in perfect condition.


Exceptions: What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Collectible card games (e.g., MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon) cannot be returned, as they are considered a game of chance.

  • Products that are damaged, excessively used, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
