IN WHICH CASE CAN THE GOODS BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving a reason.

You have the right to check the properties of the goods as much as it would be possible to do in a simple store.

You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Expect a reduction in the cost of the goods (up to 40%) if the product was used for other purposes, not to get acquainted with the features and operation of the goods, which can be confirmed by diagnostics.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will end after 15 days, starting from the day when you or a third party whom you have indicated or authorized to receive the goods received the goods for your use.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless clear consent has been expressed to another payment method.

In any case, you will not be charged a fee in connection with this refund. We may withhold payment until we receive the item back or when you provide proof that the items have been sent back, whichever is previously performed.
