Conditions for Returning an Item Within 15 Days

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of receiving the item.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
You are responsible for maintaining the item's condition during the withdrawal period.
A reduction in refund amount (up to 40%) may apply if the item was used beyond necessary inspection (as confirmed by diagnostics).
The 15-day withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party authorized by you) receive the item.

Your request must be sent before the end of the 15-day period to be valid.

If you return an item, we will refund all payments, including the original shipping cost.
Exceptions apply if you chose an expensive shipping method instead of the standard option—we will only refund the standard shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed upon.
No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.

The item must be shipped or returned in person to:

The return shipping cost is covered by you.
If the item is returned used or damaged, a refund reduction of up to 40% may apply.
Preserving the original packaging in perfect condition is required.

Trading card games (e.g., MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon) cannot be returned as they function like a lottery.
Items that are damaged, excessively used, or missing parts beyond basic inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.
