Conditions for Returning an Item Within 15 Days
- You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of receiving the item.
- You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
- You are responsible for maintaining the item's condition during the withdrawal period.
- A reduction in refund amount (up to 40%) may apply if the item was used beyond necessary inspection (as confirmed by diagnostics).
- The 15-day withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party authorized by you) receive the item.

Refund Policy: Will I Get a Full Refund?
- If you return an item, we will refund all payments, including the original shipping cost.
- Exceptions apply if you chose an expensive shipping method instead of the standard option—we will only refund the standard shipping cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed upon.
- No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
Return Process & Costs
- The item must be shipped or returned in person to:

within 15 days from the withdrawal request. - The return shipping cost is covered by you.
- If the item is returned used or damaged, a refund reduction of up to 40% may apply.
- Preserving the original packaging in perfect condition is required.
Exceptions: Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Trading card games (e.g., MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon) cannot be returned as they function like a lottery.
- Items that are damaged, excessively used, or missing parts beyond basic inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.
